Bellegreen Visitors' Comments 2012

Spring 2012

This is our 5th visit and once again had a wonderful time (except the blisters). We cannot wait to come back in April and September each time for a week, 3 nights is just not long enough.

We come here every year, and again have enjoyed yet another wonderful holiday and lovely stay at Bellegreen. We still enjoy all of the walks and fresh air and a great time to bring the family closer together. Again thank you for another relaxing stay here, many thanks.

Our second visit to Bellegreen and once again we have enjoyed a lovely holiday. Marvellous sunny weather, great walks, relaxing drinks at the pubs, cream teas at Muker and fantastic special meals at the Burgoyne Hotel and Overton House. Thank you once again. P.S. Thanks you also for the bottel of wine and other goodies.

Great cottage, love Reeth. Exciting weather. We have all had a fab time here again and been very comfortable. Can't wait to come back again. Kids love it. Thanks you. Steak in Buck Hotel was a great hit with my daighter. Some brilliant meals there.

Nice stay, pretty garden, loveit. We have all enjoyed a week of Reeth. Went on lovely walk. Lovely beds, kitchen and more. It was a lovely stay. Thank's a lot. Lovely going to visit Forbidden Corner.

Once again had a fab time. We cannot wait to come back September 8th. We love the cottage which is our 5th time here.

Summer 2012

Great cottage. As a surveyor, I've had a lot of fun trying to work out the demise - a ?? nightmare ! All of us have thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, village and concert at the village hall.

This was a return visit, which we've all enjoyed enormously. A lovely spacious, well-equipped cottage.

We have had a lovely week, despite extraorinary amounts of rain ! Bellegreen works well for us - a party of 6 ladies (of middle years). Very comfortable and well equipped. Reeth is a delightfule centre - recommend the cheese van at the Friday market and the museum.

A great cottage - better equipped than at home (tin opener not great). A thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay - wifi and Freesat a wonderful bonus for the family.

A really lovely cottage to spend 2 weeks in. It has everything you need for relaxing after long walks and pints of ale ! Thanks.

We had a great week and the weather was pretty kind to us. It was fun spending time with the family (including two gorgeous gradchildren). We wnet to the caves, to the Forbidden Corner, to Tan Hill (highest pub) to the races at Thirsk and also spent a good bit of time dining at the Bridge Inn, CB Inn and others. We really enjoyed the ice cream parlour and spent a bit of time trying to sort out the puzzles whilst consuming a variety of flavours of ice cream. The Fat Sheep shop wasgreat too. Our third visit since 2000 and just as good this time as when we first found Bellegreen. Thanks very much.

Autumn 2012

Thank you for a lovely stay in your cottage in Reeth. We've felt very at home in your cosy warm cottage. Everything we could possibly need - apart from weighing scales ! But thats being very picky. Lovely views and local walks, really liked both the Buck Inn (a few drinks in the afternoon and pool on a rainy day), and the Black Bull Hotel for evening meals. Thanks for alovely welcome.

Yet another super week at Bellegreen; Weather has been kind and we have all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The house as usual is A1 with lots of room and home comforts. See you all in 2013.

Winter 2012

We have all enjoyed a lovely family Christmas at Reeth. Cosy pub lunch, walks, Barnard Castle and being together in such a beautiful place. Thanks you - we'd love to come back.
